Bring Out Yer ....Peeps >>Bwonnnngggg<<

"But I'm not dead yet!"

"You'll be stone dead in a moment."

Folks, it's the Wednesday before Easter. This is your official reminder. It's time to open those peeps and expose them to the fresh air and release their inner preservatives - by Thursday evening at the latest. For in a matter of days, they shall be peeps al dente!

UPDATE: Sleepy peep. Goodnight, sweetheart :)

I've never really liked peeps... I think I'm the only one in my family who doesn't. I used to love Cadbury Eggs... but find them too sweet these days.

My uncle on the other hand leaves his peeps (which he still gets every year) out for an entire year before eating them. He eats his last years peeps on Easter.

Of course, he also doesn't like Macaroni and Cheese. He likes Macaroni, and he likes Cheese, just not the two put together.

My family is wierd.

Year old peeps? exposed to air? seriously?

I think I might have been 12 the last time I had a cadbury egg. I was also a good 40 pounds heavier... wonder what would happen if you roasted a peep over an open fire, like a regular marshmallow. Or a peep s'more...

I would throw out some family funnies but my Mom reads the blog. (Hi, Mom!)

heh, heh...

Have you ever held Peep Jousts? you stick a tooth pick in each and put them in the Microwave and turn that mother on. Then they start to blow up like ballons until one pops the other one.

Ahh Good times man good times.

We used to box eggs in my family. You'd pick your colored egg... and hold it in your hand, while the other person did the same thing, then you'd hit the eggs together. The loser is the one that broke, which is the one you ate.
