For decades men have fought the corded devil, the joystick, the game controller. From the evil beginnings of pong (and it's sidekick, the forked TV>Game switch), to atari, colecovision and to its' modern day incarnation - Playstation...
Men have been reduced to sofa-bound, dorito-stuffed versions of their former glory. Alongside said slumping sofas lie piles of cell phones, keychains, quarters and Big Gulps. But help is here. It's the resume, the cover letter, the savior we like to call: Monster.com.

we cannot help it its in our DNA my five year old is already up on PS2, Gameboy and PC games plus those really old school games you can buy where you get 10 games in what looks like an old Atari 2600 controller.
The 3 year old is already playing games on the PC Like I said its in our DNA like Looking at pretty girls we cannot help ourselves we are hardwired ;)
wait is that an Nintendo Mark One controller I see in his hand? I loved that system it got me through two deployments overseas and countless hours being on the "ready" when we were stuck in our barracks room for hours.
It could very well be, I'll bet anything it's still at my parents' house because they haven't tossed anything since about 1986 or so. Well, they're starting to get a handle on it.

Yeah... that looks like an 8 bit Nintendo controller to me. I can hear the "da da da, da da da" of Super Mario Bros in my head already.

Wow. I didn't see this one coming at all. I guess it's only fair considering the constant badgering to look over my resume. I was most likely beating Super Macho Man at the time. Or was I saving the world in Zelda? Honestly, I really can't say. Touche' my new adversary.

Dood it was Pitfall, I swear. You guys sat in that alcove after Christmas for like six months with that game. Wasn't that picture part of my tech-9 montage?
I have a nintendo controller in hand. I can recall countless hours of being pissed off because I couldn't pass a certain level. It might have been contra. up down up down left right left right a b a b was the cheat code for 30 guys.
maybe I should look for that picture on the front lawn with kiss makeup in tow.
