The sound of a woman melting
Please, no wicked witch references....
Okay fine. Ha. Ha. Ha.
Normally I love the heat but I am moving in slow motion. And it didn't even get as hot as they said it would today. But I stayed inside most of the afternoon. I really want to take a walk this evening, but I'm fricking beat.
In the words of one disapproving rabbit:
Nope. No Sir. I Don't Like It.

Please tell me you have a retro AC unit in your retro home PJ because if not all your doing with that fan is making your home the worlds largest Convection oven.
;)
Nope, i have a modern unit... but a large place. If my folks move to the house with the central AC I might ask them if I can buy their window units. Toasty.
you would be better off just getting some brand new units they are so small now and energy efficent the price on most of them is pretty resonable.
My mothers house has elecric heat so no central air. I have to put her window units in every spring ;)
Stay frosty PJ ;)
You read my mind. I have a few ads printed out for 5200/6000 BTU units (89.99-110.00). Might be a tight week or two cashwise, but I'll be sleeping....!!
Your rabbit talks to you? Wow, it really is hot.
I saw an for an expensive little unit that doesn't go in the window. You poke a 3 inch hole in the wall, and voila! They come in 9000 to 15000 btu. Something slim.com. Nuts, I can't remember the name, and they do look a tad retro...for a motel maybe. :) If I can find the site, I'll send it to you.
We're thinking about getting one because I'd like to be able to open the window once in a while, and we've got that nasty, ineffient thing blocking the way. Old houses, gotta love 'em
Oh that would be awesome!!!!!
Found it! :) http://www.mrslim.com/
BTW, that's one of the cutest bunnies I've seen in a long time! :) Looks like he/she's make a great slipper.
I'm just kidding!!! :)
Bah!!!!
You now must view the disapproval of multiple bunnies!

Oooooo... lots of bunny slippers! :) My feet are cold! LOL
I love bunnies! Use to have one who was a pip. Unfortunately, he had this thing about tinkling on me. No one else, just me. I never could figure out why he did that, until a vet told me he "liked" me. Oh joy... I was a rabbit crush! :/
