They caught the guy who was terrorizing my neighborhood. The best part about habitual criminals is they have a built-in self destruct mechanism. It's only a matter of time until they sabotage themselves.

And a big haaaayy to the heights. We have a long tradition of chasing down folks who are messing with the safety. As long as I've lived here - and it's a long time - that's the way it's been. Who knows how much longer it will be that way, but I'm glad to see that spirit is still in place.
