Death Becomes Him

That way, he can never become anything ever again.

I'm surprised. At least on network tv there is no punditry or armchair quarterbacking of the execution. Maybe it's too soon, I don't know.

What I do know is that there is Justice and the law must never ever stand in the way of Justice.

Neither should political correctness, wishy washing, surrender-monkeying, appeasing, revisionism, you get the gist.

Because we will hang ourselves if we surrender by being nice, instead of being just.

The MSM will be all over it by tomorrow. That'll be Bush's fault too, even though it was the Iraqis who conducted the trial, found him guilty and sentenced him.

Thank you, kate.
You left out "..and and hung him, too."

God knows it wasnt the Americans. If that was the case, he would have been on death row for the next 20 or so years.

I wanna hear all those whiners out there that say its cheaper to keep condemned prisoners alive than to execute them per their sentence. From this point forward, that cost is ZERO. Whats your cost?

The moment yesterday on FOX I heard that the lawyers had submitted a last minute appeal to a U.S. District Court I went, "Oh Lord, please don't let an activist judge step in!".

But then I just KNEW we had no jurisdiction here. Saddam was not in our legal jurisdiction. There was no legal authority and the court's last minute decision reflected that.

Phew.
