Isn't this dress just the bombdiggity?
Shorts? Bah. I just spent two weekends working on the shorts for Wayne Hancock. I finally got them right, after cutting, recutting, muslin, taking in the darts, taking in the sides taking in the crotch, putting the waistband on backwards, you know, all the mistakes you're bound to make the first time!
If I had only been born long waisted instead of short waisted (and generally short), it mighta been easier :) Pictures to come shortly....
yeah shorts/pants are generally a bitch when sewing. Can't wait to see the results!
