The DSM on her is 4046.0065 "NUTTY AS NERVOUS SQUIRREL!"
I would like to know why the SGT at Arms allowed a spectator with an unknown substance to get that close to a Secratery of State? Her but should have been tazed the moment she jumped up.
I really don't understand that either.
But I respect the heck out of Condi. She knows she's more stable and frankly, better than that woman to give any type of response.
