If we end up being forced under the yoke of nationalized healthcare, I hope that entrepreneurial Americans will still set up businesses to provide low-cost healthcare outside of the system.

It's well-known that cash-only transactions are often the least expensive.

You know...barring any laws about competition against the gubmint.
